We're looking for a people-focused HR Coordinator / Advisor to deliver high-quality, dependable HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be a trusted first point of contact for HR queries, support onboarding and offboarding, coordinate recruitment for early-career roles, and contribute to key HR projects, reporting, and learning initiatives.
Working closely with international HR colleagues in the UK and US, you'll help ensure a consistent, people-first employee experience while maintaining accurate data, compliant processes, and strong stakeholder relationships.
About you:
You'll bring 2–3 years' HR experience, a customer-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple priorities. Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday), recruitment support, and employment law knowledge is desirable. CIPD Level 3 preferred.
