Property Business & Performance Manager
12 Months Fixed Term/Secondment
With effect from 01 April 2026, NHS Scotland is reducing its full-time working week from 37 to 36 hours per week, there will be no change in full time pay.
A fixed term/secondment opportunity has arisen within the Property Department of NHS Tayside, to recruit a Property Business & Performance Manager with responsibility across all Tayside sites, based at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee.
The role is to ensure compliance of service provision within agreed Statutory, Mandatory, Safety, Environmental, Quality Standards, Policies and Procedures.
You will design, inform and implement all system reporting projects and plans associated with the Department's CAFM systems. Supporting and lead the team to design, implement and manage the highest standard of CAFM system delivery across the NHS Tayside estate and to provide high level oversight to facilitate compliance with National Standards (SFG20) to enable the leadership team to ensure the service meets its statutory requirements.
The postholder is responsible for overseeing, leading and ensuring Information Governance and Records Management, and Business statutory and mandatory compliance monitoring and reporting.
The post holder may be required to work at any NHS Tayside Property as necessary
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Inductions standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
