ROLE: Technical Coordinator
HOURS: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
LOCATION: Montrose

Role Responsibilities:
1. Support the Technical Compliance Manager with delivery of PPMs and third‑party contractor works
2. Assist with compliance of statutory and regulatory obligations, ensuring competence and performance of external resources
3. Ensure third‑party suppliers provide Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and RAMS
4. Ensure statutory maintenance activities are completed in line with GSK and contractual requirements
5. Maintain and update the MERP maintenance planning system
6. Coordinate, plan, and track technical activities for planned and corrective works
7. Meet and greet technical third‑party suppliers
8. Request and raise quotes for corrective works and raise Purchase Orders
9. Maintain structured filing systems including qualifications, SLAs and reports
10. Keep accurate Legionella L8 records
11. Maintain contractor training matrices and equipment registers
12. Provide input to supervisors and managers on supplier breakdowns and progress reports
Required Qualifications:
13. Strong understanding of statutory technical requirements
14. Experience in regulated environments
15. Strong planning and organisational skills
16. Understanding of risk management and HSE
17. Experience with CAFM systems such as MERP, SAP or Maximo
