Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded BD professional to help drive revenue through the development of high-quality, client-focused pitch materials. This role supports cross-jurisdictional business growth by coordinating pursuits, enhancing pitch infrastructure, and managing content libraries.
The Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth across the UK, Ireland and the Middle East.
* Collaborate with lawyers and BD teams to produce compelling, tailored proposals, credentials, and presentations.
* Maintain a library of reusable pitch materials and improve tools, templates, and workflows for efficiency.
* Work closely with Finance, Risk, Knowledge, and Marketing teams to integrate insights and data into bids.
* Enhance pricing approaches, streamline pitch processes, and lead internal debriefs to refine strategy.
* Guide junior team members and promote best practice sharing within the BD, Marketing and Communications team.
The Candidate:
* Exceptional writing and editorial skills.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities.
* Professional services BD or marketing experience (legal sector preferred).
* Commercially aware, collaborative, and adaptable.
* Familiar with pitch-building tools and content management systems.
The firm is also offering flexible working conditions, with offices based in Liverpool.
