The Challenge…
As a Breakdown technician, you will be on the front line…
15. Responding swiftly to roadside breakdowns or faults at customer locations.
16. Diagnosing vehicle defects and issues.
17. Servicing and repairing vehicles to MOT and DVSA standards.
18. Ensuring legal compliance and roadworthiness at all times.
19. Completing workshop tasks efficiently and to required standards.
20. Working independently with strong self-motivation.
21. Following authorisation procedures for necessary repairs.
22. Accurately completing inspection documents, job sheets, and timesheets.
23. Meeting deadlines and taking initiative in problem-solving.
24. Adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
25. Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
26. Representing RH Commercial Vehicles with a professional, customer-focused attitude.
What we are looking for…
27. IVR Qualification for roadside assistance
28. A valid and full driving licence.
29. Your own tools – but we’ll give you an allowance
30. An efficient, precise and experienced technician with a comprehensive knowledge of various vehicle makes, electronics, and diagnostics.
31. A responsive attitude committed to developing your and your colleagues’ skills.
32. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

34. Previous Roadside Technician experience
35. Strong experience within a main dealership
36. Experience working with Renault and Isuzu Trucks’ products.
