Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Planning Senior First Line Manager (SFLM) to support our Planning & MI function for The Entertainer contract in Banbury. This is a full‑time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00 (flexible).

What you’ll do on a typical day
* Provide administrative and analytical support to the Planning Manager, including holiday cover
* Work directly with customers to build reports and provide accurate updates
* Extract, validate and process data from multiple systems
* Produce and distribute daily operational reports
* Create clear PowerPoint presentations for meetings and stakeholders

* Intermediate Excel skills, including XLOOKUP and PivotTables
* Ability to build structured and engaging PowerPoint presentations
* Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
* Confident communicator with a professional, collaborative approach
