Work closely with internal teams to deliver client requirements to the highest standards Monitor account performance, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure all Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded Maintain up-to-date records and provide regular reports on account activity Support business development, onboarding, and project delivery as required Stay informed of industry changes and compliance requirements, ensuring best practices at all times Skills and Experience We Value in an Account Manager Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Experience within either/both of the HR/Health & Safety consultancy industries would be advantageous.
