Overview
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer has the responsibility for maintaining site equipment and machinery. Main duties will be to provide fault diagnosis both mechanically and electrically as well as routine maintenance.
Salary
£41,000 - £48,000 OTE = 60k

Shift pattern
You will be working a Continental 4 on 4 off shift pattern, (06:30 am - 6:30 pm and 6:30 pm - 06:30 am).
Responsibilities
* Maintaining all site equipment, machinery and associated services to a safe and acceptable standard.
* Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance and provide input into improving the system.
* Provide mechanical/electrical support in the event of breakdowns.
* Confirm work done into Maintenance Management System (SAP) complete with technical feedback.
* Where necessary provide input into feasibility studies, Capex and continuous improvement projects.
* Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, environment and quality management systems.
* Work within 5s methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard.
Requirements
* The successful applicant will ideally have several years' experience of maintenance within a continuous process control industry, and must have completed a relevant recognised apprenticeship and hold relevant electrical and mechanical qualification.
