IFA Administrator

About the Position:
* This position requires a highly detailed and accurate IFA administrator to support advisers and paraplanners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process pensions, investments, and new business with precision and speed.
* Prepare comprehensive reports, valuations, and client documentation.
* Ensure seamless communication with clients and maintain CRM systems.
* Liaise with providers to guarantee compliance.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an IFA or investment/pensions administration role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in financial platforms and administrative systems.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
