At Linde Material Handling, a global leader in forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, we are looking for skilled Field Service Engineers to join our team in Grimsby and surrounding areas of Immingham and Lincoln, and in Scunthorpe DN16 and DN20 post codes and surrounding areas.
We are looking for candidates with experience as vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers, particularly those who have worked as forklift technicians, plant fitters, plant technicians, or vehicle technicians. Experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, working with our full range of products, from small pallet trucks to Counterbalance trucks, Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks, and automated trucks. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and rectifying faults, performing preventative maintenance, and servicing Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment at our customer sites.

Tasks and Qualifications
Do you have experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Hydraulics? Ideally you will have an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence (Field and Resident Engineers only). You will need to be comfortable working autonomously and within a team. You should be proficient with IT equipment for record-keeping and placing orders.
