Housekeeping Supervisor Housekeeping - Clarence Park Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £12.41 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 37.5 Clarence Park Residential and Nursing Care Home in Weston super Mare provides compassionate short and long term care for up to 40 residents, including recovery, nursing, and palliative support. We are now recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and staff. This is a meaningful role where your standards and organisation will genuinely enhance the quality of daily life for residents. What We Offer £13.50 per hour Contracted hours: 37.5 hours per week Additional £2 per hour overtime Pension, uniform, and onsite parking provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) What You Will Do As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the day to day running of the housekeeping and laundry services. This includes allocating daily duties, monitoring standards of cleanliness, ordering stock, and ensuring all cleaning and infection control procedures are followed. You will support and guide your team, lead by example, and help create a comfortable, calm, and homely environment where residents feel respected and cared for. Your role is key to maintaining a high quality standard throughout the home and contributing to a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and colleagues.
