Manchester Marriott Victoria & Albert Hotel, a striking Grade II listed iconic building in the vibrant Spinningfields District, offers 148 stylish hotel rooms and suites with modern amenities. The V&A is home to Chop & Plant, our casual dining destination, offering a blend of Chop House classics and plant-based dishes focused on local produce and sustainability. We also have flexible event spaces, including an outdoor terrace, small boardrooms, and banqueting facilities for up to 200 people.

What you will be doing:
* Meet & greet all guests and be their first interaction with the hotel
* Check guests in and out according to company standards and procedures
* Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and rolling the date reports
* Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, debit, or credit cards
* Sell a room/accommodation to a guest without a reservation, based on availability
* Process requests for wake-up calls and advise guests of any messages
* Confidently deal with guest queries and complaints
What we are looking for:
* Essential that you have hospitality and/or customer service experience
* A warm and genuine individual who enjoys putting people first
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Previous experience with IT applications
* Someone who wants to grow and develop within the company
