Staff Nurse
We are recruiting a Staff Nurse to join a well‑established Day Surgery Unit within a leading private hospital in Kingston upon Thames. This is a full‑time, permanent position.
This role is ideal for a nurse with experience in surgical or day case settings who is looking to work in a supportive, well‑resourced environment focused on high‑quality patient care.
The Role
- Deliver safe, effective nursing care to patients undergoing day case surgical procedures
- Support the patient journey from admission through to discharge
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, governance, and patient experience
The Ideal Candidate
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN)
- Experience in day surgery, surgical wards, theatres, or recovery preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Patient‑focused with a commitment to high standards of care
