The largest independent commercial law firm between Leeds and Newcastle is looking to grow its highly regarded Commercial Property team. Specialising exclusively in business law, they handle a wide range of services including corporate, banking, real estate, employment, insolvency, and dispute resolution.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally NQ to 5 years PQE. You'll gain experience across a wide range of commercial property matters including:
1. Landlord and tenant work
2. Development projects
3. Corporate support (e.g., land acquisitions, property finance)
4. General property sales and purchases
The current team structure includes two partners, a legal director, and associates, so there’s plenty of opportunity for mentorship and development. They encourage exposure to all areas of property law, ensuring everyone becomes well-rounded and versatile in their practice.

Who We’re Looking For:

3. Enthusiasm for building client relationships and participating in business development activities.
