About the Role
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Christchurch that is seeking a dedicated and motivated Class Teacher. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons and support pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and overall development within a supportive school environment.

* Start Date: April 2026
* Location: Christchurch, Dorset (BH23)
* Contract: Full-time (flexible for the right candidate)
* Pay: £600 – £800 per week (paid weekly)

Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where required
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with staff, pupils, and parents/carers
* Follow safeguarding procedures and promote pupil welfare at all times
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* ECTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply
* Good understanding of the KS2 curriculum
* Strong classroom management skills
* Positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
