IT Administrator (12 month FTC)

Main Purpose of Role
The IT Administrator will support the IT Service Desk with equipment ordering, resolve mobile phone queries, and complete various administration tasks while providing excellent customer service.
Location & Working Hours
This is an on‑site role based in our head office in Keynsham. It requires 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Provide IT equipment quotes to internal and external employees.
* Process IT equipment, mobile and SIM orders.
* Manage incoming deliveries for the IT team.
* Organise collections and deliveries via DPD.
* Regularly communicate with suppliers and couriers for order updates.
* Handle mobile phone queries – ordering new devices, allocating SIM cards, updating the mobile portal, resolving contract issues, and supporting migration to a new mobile provider.
* Use ticketing system to log equipment and mobile queries, taking ownership through to resolution and keeping customers updated.
* Maintain internal documentation and support other administration tasks.
* Organise department meetings.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate is friendly, highly organised, adaptable, has an interest in technology, excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a busy, rapidly growing department.
