About the role:
As our
Talent Acquisition Partner
, you'll be a key ambassador of Redsquid's culture and values. You'll lead direct sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that showcases our EVP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding & induction for tech and commercial roles
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs
• Champion our EVP and ensure the best in class candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements & advise on market trends
• Promote our employer brand through creative outreach & engagement strategies
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline health
About you:
• 4+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (ideally in a fast-paced environment)
• Proven success in direct sourcing & building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Strong understanding of the tech talent landscape & recruitment tools (especially LinkedIn)
• Passionate about candidate experience & employer branding
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, scaling business
