What You’ll Be Doing Working alongside our experienced Recruitment Consultants, you’ll play a key role in connecting great people with the right opportunities. Your day-to-day tasks will include: * Reaching out to potential candidates and promoting exciting job opportunities. * Screening and interviewing applicants in line with compliance procedures. * Offering advice, support, and updates to candidates throughout their journey. * Providing admin support using Microsoft Office and our in-house CRM. * Keeping candidate information accurate and up to date. What We’re Looking For * A motivated, proactive approach with the ability to use your initiative. * Previous recruitment experience (essential). * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. * Strong communication and people skills. * Customer service experience. * Experience handling high-volume calls (a bonus but not essential).
