Headquartered in Renfrewshire, with additional hubs in the UK and USA, they are scaling operations to meet increasing demand—and now seek a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead their logistics function through its next phase of growth. The Opportunity This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a team of 8 (including supervisors and team leaders) and take full ownership of warehouse operations. You’ll drive operational excellence, champion health & safety, and collaborate closely with procurement and sales to ensure seamless supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of ~700 orders/month Line manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team Act as Chair of the local Health & Safety Committee, embedding a culture of safety and compliance Partner with procurement and sales to align warehouse output with business priorities Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN methodologies Leverage ERP systems (Unleashed or similar) and Excel for planning, reporting, and inventory control Support the rollout of new systems, including barcode scanning technology Maintain high standards across goods-in/out, inventory accuracy, and bespoke customer orders What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing warehouse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong IT proficiency, particularly with ERP systems and Excel Working knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement tools Experience handling dangerous goods and operating forklifts (certifications desirable) A proactive, hands-on leader with a solutions-focused mindset Strong communication, organisational, and change management skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary up to £42,000 DOE 29 days annual leave 9 statutory holidays Additional leave after 2 and 5 years’ service Flexible working hours with early Friday finish Annual bonus (equivalent to 2 weeks’ salary) Company phone, PPE, and free on-site parking Cycle to work scheme, fresh fruit deliveries, free tea & coffee Career development support, including monthly reviews for the first 6 months Ready to Apply?
