3. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on engineering systems and equipment.
4. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
6. Collaborate with team members to optimise operational processes.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system updates.
8. Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
9. Respond promptly to engineering-related emergencies or breakdowns.
10. Provide technical expertise to enhance system performance and reliability.
The Successful Applicant
11. A strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
12. Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline.
13. Experience working within the property or engineering & manufacturing sectors.
14. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
15. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
16. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an engineering environment.
17. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
What's on Offer
18. A competitive salary ranging from £45000 to £50000 per annum.
19. Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm, 2.30pm finish on Friday.
20. Must be flexible to cover nights when required, 11pm-7am
