A well-established multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Newcastle office. With a strong pipeline of upcoming and live healthcare projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to step into a varied role with immediate work available and long-term development on offer. The Quantity Surveyor The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team, offering services across cost management, project management, and related disciplines. While healthcare projects currently form a large portion of the Quantity Surveyor workload, the wider portfolio also includes schemes in commercial, residential, and public sectors. This position would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to take on greater responsibility and gain well-rounded experience across both pre- and post-contract stages. Hybrid working is available, and the consultancy provides structured support for those working towards APC.
