The Role The Lettings Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and growth of the lettings department, overseeing performance, driving new business, and delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. Key Responsibilities Manage, motivate, and develop the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets Oversee the full lettings process from appraisal through to tenancy completion Generate new business and grow the managed and let portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and key stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and regulatory requirements Monitor performance, reporting on results and implementing improvements where necessary Deliver consistently high levels of customer service The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in residential lettings with a strong billing or management background Previous team leadership or management experience is desirable Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills Target-driven, commercially minded, and highly motivated Excellent understanding of lettings legislation and compliance What's on Offer Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) OTE of £70,000 with uncapped commission structure Car allowance Excellent career progression opportunities Supportive and professional working environment To apply, please submit your CV in confidence.
