Responsibilities
* Providing excellent customer service to all residents
* Ensuring high quality food presentation at all times
* Serving meals and drinks to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms
* Cleaning the dining area ensuring it is tidy and presentable
* Serving refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives and visitors
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑facing environment
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Ability to communicate comfortably with others
* Willingness to help the wider team and cherish moments with residents
