*SEMH Teacher*
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: £150 - £210 per day

An 'outstanding' SEMH school Middlesbrough is looking to appoint a creative teacher with strong behaviour management and a positive can-do attitude.
The headteacher would like to hear from candidates that are looking to work in a buzzing and high intensity environment. Strong ECT's are welcome to apply as the school has a fantastic training scheme.
The staff at the school are well known for being very supportive, friendly and a work family.
The main duties will include:
Supporting the pupils in their education through the national curriculum and individual learning plans
Teaching and managing the behaviour of 5 pupils
Attending EHCP reviews
Working with a team of teaching assistants and managing their time
Planning and delivering creative and innovative lessons
Using formative and summative assessment
Promoting independence with life skills
Providing an outstanding level of safeguarding and pastoral care
The ideal candidate will:
Be available for work Monday to Friday
Hold a degree and QTS
ECT's are welcome to apply
Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with ourselves)
A full checkable work history
