We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. If you have customer-focused experience, whether paid or voluntary, and possess a friendly, positive outlook, we want to hear from you. You will assist our Shop Manager and volunteers to ensure the success of our shop.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
* Assist customers from entry to purchase
* Promote Gift Aid and other promotions
* Handle paperwork, cashing up, and banking
* Support volunteer training
* Sort and prepare donated stock
* Travel to other shops as needed
* Support health and safety practices
* Manage daily shop operations and volunteers in the Manager's absence
* Reflect the company's values in personal conduct
