A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our established residential lettings team as a Senior Property Manager based in our Great Shelford office. This role is ideal for a Property Manager or Lettings Negotiator seeking to advance their career.
Our Senior Property Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring our landlord and tenant customers receive high-quality service. As a market-leading agent, we seek individuals with excellent communication and relationship skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service!

Responsibilities of a Senior Property Manager
* Assist the Manager in motivating the team, inspiring colleagues to support each other to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
* Assist with training and coaching Property Managers within your team.
* Monitor the team's customer service Key Performance Indicators.
* Support and advise Property Managers on maintenance works, safety certification, and compliance.
* Utilize your lettings knowledge and experience to help colleagues with daily queries and complex letting situations.
* Manage a small portfolio of properties, including coordinating repairs and maintenance, organizing safety inspections, managing remedial works, consulting with landlords during property visits, and assisting with tenancy queries.
Skills required for a Senior Property Manager
* 12 to 18 months experience in property management is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Effective time management and expectation management skills
* Robust with a positive, proactive attitude
* Initiative-taking and ability to work independently while being a team player
