We're offering a £3,000 signing bonus for PCV-qualified drivers as First Bus, in partnership with FlixBus, continues to grow its long-distance coach operation. We are recruiting experienced drivers to join our teams based in the West of England on a permanent basis .
The Role
This is a permanent, full-time role working a mix of early and late shifts, operating long-distance intercity coach services across the region. You'll deliver a safe, reliable, and enjoyable travel experience, driving modern, well-maintained coaches on scheduled routes while representing First Bus and FlixBus to our customers.
We recognise the skills and experience that qualified PCV drivers bring to the role. As part of our offer, successful candidates will receive a £3,000 joining bonus, paid in two instalments during the first 12 months of employment.
This role is suited to experienced drivers who bring:
* A valid PCV licence
* Experience as a Coach Driver, Bus Driver, or HGV Driver, with the ability to deliver a professional, courteous service to passengers.

* A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and the care of passengers throughout their journey.
