Join Our Team as an Outreach Recovery Worker!

Important: A Full UK Driving License and Access to a Vehicle are Essential Requirements.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Join the Wakefield Inspiring Recovery Team and deliver high-quality outreach support to those affected by substance use. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing compassionate support and guidance to service users.
* Working across various locality hubs and community sites in Wakefield.
* Collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of care.


Are You the Ideal Candidate?

We’re looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable about substance use issues but also genuinely passionate about making a difference. Here’s what you’ll need:

* A good understanding of substance use challenges and a non-judgmental approach.
* Flexibility, patience, and the ability to empathize with service users.
* Experience in facilitating group interventions and one-on-one support is a plus.
* Strong IT and communication skills.
* Previous outreach support experience is preferred.
