The client is a fast-growing e-commerce business delivering ambient, pre-cooked meals designed for older adults living alone. With UK-wide next-day delivery, their products are convenient, long-lasting, and part of an exciting rebrand.
They are seeking a Growth & Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and retention, driving both online and offline growth. The role involves planning and executing campaigns, managing marketing channels end-to-end, and enhancing customer journeys. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring marketing efforts convert into measurable results.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement growth strategies across channels
* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns and messaging
* Map and improve customer journeys
* Collaborate with teams and agencies to maximize impact
* Manage marketing budgets of £1M+
* Grow and convert active customers
Skills & Experience:
* Proven marketing or growth experience, ideally in e-commerce
* Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention
* Comfortable managing budgets and campaigns
* Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Tech Awareness (desirable): Django (CMS), Google Analytics, Looker
