I am working with a Leading Global Technology is seeking an exceptional Senior Strategy Manager to drive enterprise‑level strategic thinking and support high‑impact decision‑making across the business.
This is a role for an experienced strategist—ideally a former consultant with strong operating experience—who thrives in solving ambiguous problems, shaping commercial direction and influencing senior leaders.
As the Senior Strategy Manager, you will partner closely with C‑suite executives and functional leaders to evaluate strategic priorities, major investments and growth opportunities. You’ll bring structure, clarity and compelling storytelling to complex challenges, helping guide the organisation’s most important decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Problem Solving & Business Case Leadership
* Lead the end‑to‑end development of strategic business cases for growth initiatives, cost transformation, product investments and operational optimisation.
* Break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured, insight‑driven analyses.
* Develop clear perspectives on risks, sensitivities and strategic alternatives to support leadership decisions.
* Build high‑impact, executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations that translate complex analysis into compelling narratives.
* Apply consulting‑grade thinking—storylines, hypotheses, clear recommendation flow.
* Distil diverse qualitative and quantitative inputs into concise, strategic recommendations.
* Develop and oversee robust financial and strategic models, including ROI assessment, scenario planning and long‑term impact evaluation.
* Ensure analytical rigor while keeping the focus on strategic implications.
* Act as a strategic advisor to leaders across Strategy, Finance, Product, Commercial and Operations.
* Balance big‑picture thinking with the practical realities of execution in a fast‑moving technology organisation.
Candidate Profile
Experience
* Background at a top‑tier or highly regarded management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent)
* Operating company experience in strategy, corporate development, finance, product, or operational leadership.
* Demonstrated track record of leading strategic analyses and business cases that shaped senior‑level decisions.
Core Capabilities
* Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft executive‑level narratives independently.
* Strong Excel modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
* Strong problem‑solving ability and a structured, hypothesis‑driven mindset.
* Excellent business judgment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and connect dots across functions.
* Able to synthesise multiple inputs into a coherent strategic point of view.
* Strategic thinker with a practical, execution‑minded approach.

The Package
* Base Salary: Up to £120,000
* Annual Bonus: 10% performance‑based
