What’s the job?
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will work as anintegral part of our architectural design team, closely collaboratingwith our town planning team throughout the entire project lifecycle,from conception to completion.
From your very firstday, you will join our small and friendly architecture practice basedin Greenwich, where you will contribute to delivering exceptionaldesign solutions for a wide range of projects, including high-endrefurbishments and new build housing schemes.
Who you are?
We are seeking an enthusiastic,proactive, and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant with strongtechnical design abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion forresidential design.
Advanced ArchiCAD proficiencyis essential, alongside a good understanding of town planningprocedures, building regulations, and construction detailing.Experience in developing detailed tender and construction drawings, aswell as coordinating with consultants and contractors through RIBAStages 4 to 5, is also crucial.
