Typical Daily Duties:
1. Learn and Develop: Gain valuable IT skills through hands-on experience and training as part of your apprenticeship program.
2. Apprenticeship Training: Complete coursework and assignments required by your apprenticeship provider.
3. 1st Line IT Support: Assist staff and students at your assigned academy sites with their IT needs.
