Role
As a senior member of this Tier 1-ranked Projects & Infrastructure team, you will play a central role in advising on some of the most complex, high-value and high-profile infrastructure developments in the UK and overseas. This is a unique opportunity to join a team trusted by major public bodies, global investors, and private developers to deliver legal solutions on impactful projects.
Your work will span the entire project lifecycle, involving transport (rail, road, aviation), health and social infrastructure, utilities, defence, and renewable energy (onshore and offshore wind, hydro, biomass, solar). This provides the chance to work on socially significant and environmentally strategic developments.
You will collaborate with specialists across planning, real estate, construction, finance, and procurement to deliver cohesive legal strategies. This multi-disciplinary approach is key to project success.
As a Senior Associate, you will also have a client-facing role, building trusted relationships, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to business development.
The team is actively expanding in Scotland, and you will be instrumental in shaping its growth and market share.
Your Experience
* Minimum of 4 years PQE with an ambitious mindset
* Ability to manage a complex and varied workload independently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Commercial awareness and genuine interest in infrastructure and projects
* Proactive, innovative, and value-adding approach
* Passion for the infrastructure and projects industry
