Promote learning, volunteering, and employability potential, connecting individuals to opportunities through Elevate, WorkWell, the Growth Company, and wider Salford offers, recognising the wellbeing benefits of purposeful activity. Manage a caseload effectively, building and maintaining strong working relationships with voluntary, community, and social enterprise organisations to ensure smooth onward referrals and coordinated support.
