Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced practitioner to take on the role of Anaesthetic Practitioner Deputy Team Leader. Applications are welcome from Experienced Registered Nurses/ODPs who would like to learn new skills and knowledge in management and leadership. As a Deputy Team Leader you will be expected to demonstrate outstanding role-modeling, leadership, and the ability to provide specialist floor support and to work towards acting up in the absence of seniors.
Main duties of the job
You will work closely with the Team Leaders and Theatre Coordinator to establish a productive working environment and to optimise the use of staff, supplies and services.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong organisational skills, including time management, prioritisation and the ability to manage both clinical and managerial responsibilities. You will participate in effective clinical leadership and management of the team, support and develop junior and new members, and be committed to delivering a high-quality service that ensures patient care, safety and experience are outstanding.
