Position Summary
The Operational Integrity Manager leads the delivery of integrity management contracts and projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution. This role is accountable for operational performance, resource planning, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring client side operational experience, enabling them to deliver with empathy, anticipate operational constraints, and align delivery with client expectations. This role also leads the operational adoption, rollout, and embedding of new technologies and products developed by the organisation.
Duties And Responsibilities
Operational Delivery, Contract & Project Performance Management:
1. Lead the day to day delivery of integrity management contracts and projects.
2. Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, budget, KPIs, and quality standards.
3. Plan and manage operational workflows, schedules, and resource allocation.
Monitor contract performance and manage variations.
4. Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.
5. Identify and resolve operational issues before they impact performance.
Customer Interface:
6. Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients.
7. Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
8. Represent the company with clients, suppliers, and third parties as required.
9. Negotiate or oversee negotiation of complex issues with customers, suppliers and contractors
10. Prepare project reports or executive summaries for management, client, or others.
Risk, HSE & Compliance:
11. Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
12. Ensure safe and compliant execution in line with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
13. Actively participate in HSE activities, reporting, and investigations.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership:
14. Drive continuous improvement through process and workflow optimisation.
15. Lead the operational adoption of new technologies, tools, and products.
16. Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to project and programme teams.

Supervisory Responsibilities
18. This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
19. Bachelor’s degree plus fifteen (15) years industry related experience
20. Minimum ten (10) years project management experience
21. Leadership Credibility: Minimum 5 years of experience in leading diverse, multi-regional teams
22. Minimum five (5) years program and/or portfolio management
23. Fundamental understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Process Flow
24. Proven experience in Client interactions and support of bid opportunities.
25. Proficiency with MS Office
26. Working knowledge major business management software packages.
27. Working knowledge of Enovia or similar document management software.
28. Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 20% of the year.
