A well-established business is looking for an International Logistics Coordinator who enjoys managing overseas shipments, preparing export/import documentation, and ensuring everything leaves and arrives exactly as it should legally, safe and on time. What youll be doing as International Logistics Coordinator: Organising overseas and UK shipments, including exports, returns, and temporary dispatches Creating and checking export/import documents (e.g. commercial invoices, declarations, certificates) Ensuring processes follow international trade and customs requirements Selecting suitable carriers and shipping options based on timescales and cost considerations Liaising with freight partners, internal teams and customers to ensure delivery expectations are met Tracking shipments and providing updates and confirmations to relevant stakeholders Assisting with maintaining logistics records and updating customer/order data when required Helping to maintain an organised, efficient logistics area Working in line with company health & safety procedures Were looking for an International Logistics Coordinator with: Proven experience in international logistics, freight forwarding or export coordination Knowledge of customs processes and export/import documentation Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel skills advantageous) Excellent organisation, multitasking and attention to detail Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Team-focused approach with good problem-solving ability GCSEs (or equivalent) Full UK driving licence If youre highly organised, enjoy a mix of paperwork, coordination, and operational logistics work, and feel comfortable working with international regulations, this could be a perfect fit.
