The Role

As part of the Sales & Distribution team within Howden Specialty, you will support the business by helping to manage, update, and maintain accurate data used across the division. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to develop their data, reporting, and analytical skills in a fast paced commercial environment. This role suits someone who is detail focused, organised, and eager to learn, with an interest in working with data and developing their skills within Howden’s Sales & Distribution function.

What you’ll do

* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
* Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
* Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
* Updates spreadsheets and populating reports
* Reviews data to ensure accuracy of data input
* Analytical mindset and critical thinker
* Provide continuous Data Cleansing for data sets
* Collecting and interpreting data then analysing results
* Reporting results back to the relevant members of the business

Who we’re looking for

* Experience with MS Office and data programs (MS Excel essential. Python/SQL, Power BI, Databricks & CRMs desirable)
* Attention to detail
* Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
* Analytical mindset and critical thinker
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
