Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join the "Cold Prep Section" in our Catering department. The role requires physical fitness, flexibility, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a busy environment.
Responsibilities include preparing sandwiches, salads, baguettes, Paninis, salad bar items, general cleaning, and assisting on the patient production line.
Cold weather clothing, including boots, socks, thermal garments, snoods, and sweatshirts, will be provided.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Good GCSEs (Grade D or above)
* Basic Food Hygiene certification
* Awareness of relevant training upgrades (e.g., allergen info)
Experience
* At least 2 years of catering industry experience
* Food handling experience
