Description
The Profit Protection Manager is an integral part of the team coordinating with a range of departments designed to ensure full focus is provided across all areas of business risk relating to supply chain. From protection of employees and assets to a real focus on investment in the warehouse operators; giving support and adding real value to the distribution environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Enhance stock integrity by implementing and refining processes.
* Monitor and report compliance to established procedures.
* Identify and address sources of stock inaccuracy.
* Lead site audits at the distribution center (DC) in collaboration with 3rd party partners.
* Recommend changes to enhance compliance and stock integrity.
* Manage logistics projects in coordination with key stakeholders.
* Supervise security resources across sites and maintain security controls.
* Conduct investigations into potential theft and non-compliance with warehouse processes.
* Oversee the DC Training & Development Department.
* Lead the scanner (HHT) admin team, ensuring efficient equipment distribution.
* Manage a team of stock controllers and investigators.
* Provide weekly financial stock adjustment reports and compliance dashboards.
o Including metrics such as picking accuracy, distribution accuracy, replenishment accuracy, and receipting accuracy.
About You
Ideally you will have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
* Proficient in data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
* Experience with Microsoft NAVISION or similar platforms.
* Familiarity with HHTs (Handheld Terminals).
* Previous experience in a Profit Protection-related role.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams towards objectives.
* Experience in internal auditing processes.
