Job Description
The Key Responsibilities:
1.
Deliver and document standardized training for new hires and employees, including safety and operational practices.
2.
Lead and manage error-reduction, continuous improvement, and opportunity-for-improvement programs.
3.
Facilitate workshops to analyze root causes, resolve nonconformances, and improve customer feedback.
4.
Partner with employees and leadership to implement process improvements and track results.
5.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful CI Specialist:

2+ years of continuous improvement experience; 4+ years industry experience in packaging preferred.
7.
College degree preferred or industry-related certifications/training.
8.
Strong skills in problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and technical writing.
9.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to create and present procedures.
10.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills; adaptable and detail-oriented.
