What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead by Example: Motivate and support your team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
* Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, seamless service, and a memorable dining experience.
* Support the Management Team: Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
* Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, oversee table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
* Training & Development: Help train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
* Maintain Standards: Uphold GBK’s high service and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and the team.

* Customer Service Passion: A natural people person who loves engaging with guests and making their experience special.
* Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to stay calm and think on your feet during busy service periods.
