We have an opportunity for an experienced pastry chef at a Boutique Hotel in Broadway. Working at a 2-rosette standard for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service, 5 days per week and around 45 hours each week. The salary is £38,000 with tronc of £4k. Wages are paid weekly and tronc is paid monthly. There is accommodation available if needed.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of four years experience gained while working in pastry, at a 2 or 3 rosette level. You will be adept at designing new menu items, be up to date with current culinary trends and be able to manage the pastry section - primarily alone. This is a single chef section though there is no requirement to bake bread and there is cover on your days off.
