You'll be part of a close knit team, helping customers manage their tenancy and maintain their property, while keeping our service running smoothly.
What you’ll do
* Support your customers in understanding their tenancy and managing their rent.
* Help our customers with housing benefit claims, and signpost to other services.
* Turn around empty flats quickly so new customers can move in.
* Carry out and record routine safety and compliance checks in our building, ensuring we stay compliant.
* Keep records up to date and ensure contractors meet our standards.
* Be part of a team that really cares, giving you time to build trust with customers and space to work with colleagues.
You have
* Experience in housing, property, care or criminal justice, or equivalent experience.
* A “can do” positive attitude, proactive, well‑organised and able to work on your initiative.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help customers.
* Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
* Passion for property and a thrill at knowing that your properties are the best they can be for our customers.
* Willingness to travel and work flexibly when needed.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and confidence using IT systems.
