Job Description
Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Direct Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and how to leverage relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, both internally and with Oracle partners. This global multi-billion dollar Tax SaaS provider is a recognized name in the industry, offering Tax determination solutions worldwide. It provides a cutting-edge, full cloud solution embedded in major ERP providers.
Role Responsibilities:
* Player-coach leading a team of 3
* Selling to ERP clients through contacts with Oracle/SAP sales executives, partners, and clients
* Developing and executing sales strategies in the UK & I
* Hunting deals in the upper mid to enterprise scale deal space
* Developing a team focused on individual ERP providers for enterprise deal development
* Reporting to SVP level and leading by example to promote a hunter culture
Location: South East England – primarily London or South England. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
Salary: Competitive Sales Director salary, variable pay, benefits, and vested stock in an imminent exit business.
Candidate Requirements:
* 10+ years in senior sales, with a track record of closing enterprise deals valued between $500 million and $3 billion
* Expertise in ERP Financials Solutions, particularly Oracle and ideally SAP ecosystems
* Experience leading a sales team with familiarity in methodologies like Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, Sanderson, or similar
* Strong network within the UK&I territory
* Ability to build and lead a team of 3-4 specialists in ERP providers
* Proven ability to sell Tax or E-invoicing solutions into clients with major ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* A well-established contact book within Oracle and partner ecosystems
* Experience selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing solutions, with ERP solutions as the main focus
