The College of Surgeons of Hong Kong is a professional organization which conducts postgraduate training, professional examinations and accreditation for surgeons in Hong Kong. We are offering the following post:
Assist in organization of events: International Symposium, Seminars, Ceremony and annual events
Liaise with external parties
Prepare publicity materials
Provide support to the Event Team
Assist in office administration and committee work
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Completion of secondary education or above with a minimum of 2 years related working experience with 5 passes in HKCEE or HKDSE, pass in English and Chinese are a MUST.
Pleasant personality and positive work attitude are a MUST.
A good team player with sound interpersonal skills.
Good command of English is a MUST.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Able to work independently with initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Fresh graduates with effective writing skills in English may also be considered.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Preference will be given to those with excellent command of English.
Those failing to provide current and expected salary will not be considered.
We offer contract gratuity (equivalent to 2 month’s pay), medical and overtime allowance, and 5-day work.
