What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience in the care sector
* Previous experience as a Care Coordinator
* A QCF in Health & Social Care & Social Care Wales registration (desirable but not essential)
* Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle
* Ability to thrive under pressure & stay organised
What You’ll Be Doing
* Scheduling & matching Care Assistants to customers
* Ensuring seamless care delivery, making sure every shift is covered
* Handling new referrals & processing changes to care needs
* Liaising with the office team to maintain records & reports
* Supporting our care team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed
* Participating in the on-call rota (one day a week and one in 3 weekends)
