Lead Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
About the Role
* Provide friendly and welcoming service to all customers, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and hassle-free.
* Lead a team of colleagues, coaching and developing their skills to ensure they have the confidence and expertise to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Maintain a safe and organized store environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Manage stock levels, conduct diligence checks, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.
* Support your Store Manager by deputizing when necessary and delivering various HR processes.

* The ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting your team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
