About Potters Green: located on Randerson Drive in Rotherham, Potters Green has 38 bedrooms across four small, purpose-built units providing a homely environment tailored to individual needs.
About the Role
As a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll be the heartbeat of the home. You will lead by example, drive the team, and balance multiple factors including clinical quality, recruitment, occupancy, data analysis, financial management, and relationships with customers and local professionals.
Responsibilities include:

* referral management and occupancy
* data collection, analysis and interpretation

About You
We value the Exemplar Health Care values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork. You must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN. As a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years of management experience, ideally in a complex care setting. This role is also suitable for an experienced Deputy Manager seeking the next step.
