Are you a technically strong private client lawyer looking to step into a well-structured team, take on a full caseload from day one, and fast-track your progression?
You’ll be joining a supportive and technically excellent private client team at an exciting time.
The department already has outstanding leadership and mentoring in place, and they want an ambitious associate ready to take ownership and grow into a Senior Associate role.
Who we’re looking for
* 3–8 years’ PQE in Private Client
* Confident managing your own caseload independently
* Strong technical grounding in wills, trusts, probate, tax, and estate planning
* Experience with HNW or complex estates
* Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
* A proactive, collaborative team player with ambition to grow
What you’ll be doing
* Take over an established caseload of high-quality work
* Manage matters including wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, tax planning, and Court of Protection
* Work with a loyal, often high-net-worth client base
* Support junior lawyers and contribute to mentoring when appropriate
* Play a key role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships
Salary & benefits
* £45,000–£50,000+ DOE
* 35-hour working week
